Made up of Bones (guitar), 8 (drums) and Arfa (bass/vocals), Bones Ate Arfa have built a reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting emerging live bands, blending desert rock, grunge and punk with huge melodic hooks and explosive performances. Their uncompromising approach has earned recognition from the likes of Muse, Fred Durst (Limp Bizkit), SOFT PLAY’s Isaac Holman and Royal Blood, alongside a fiercely loyal online following.
2026 has already been a landmark year for the band. After completing their first-ever European tour, taking their live show across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France, the trio returned home to share stages with Kid Kapichi, WARGASM and Dead Pony. Festival appearances at The Great Escape, Wilderness and Brighton Psych Fest have further cemented their reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting new alternative acts.
Beyond traditional stages, Bones Ate Arfa continue to celebrate the community and culture that shaped them. This year, the band returned to Shoreham Skatepark for their second hometown skatepark show, following last year’s event which saw the local skate and music communities come together in celebration of their roots. Content from the day went viral, reaching millions of views and showcasing the band’s ability to create moments that extend far beyond the stage.
Their rise has also been matched by growing support across press and radio, with previous releases championed by Dork, Clash, Louder Than War, Notion, Ones To Watch, Total Rock, New Noise, BBC Radio 6 Music, Radio X and Amazing Radio.
As the second taste of their forthcoming third EP, ‘SODA’ marks a defining moment for Bones Ate Arfa. Bigger, darker and more uncompromising than anything they’ve released before. After a breakthrough year of European touring, major support slots and festival appearances, Bones Ate Arfa are stepping confidently into their next chapter — and they’re only getting louder.
