Born in Omagh, Northern Ireland, and now based in Manchester, Gary Quinn has firmly established himself as one of the leading voices in UK country music. Blending the timeless storytelling of classic country with the energy and polish of the modern Nashville sound, Quinn has built a career defined by authenticity, emotional connection, and consistent international growth.

Inspired by artists such as Garth Brooks, Chris Young, and Cody Johnson, Gary is known for his heartfelt songwriting and commanding vocals. His catalogue includes multiple UK Country Chart No.1 singles, with songs regularly featured on major Spotify and Apple Music editorial playlists. Critics and fans alike praise his music for balancing tradition with contemporary appeal, delivering songs that resonate deeply while feeling fresh and current.

Quinn’s work has earned widespread recognition. He is a multiple British Country Music Association (BCMA) Award winner, including Male Vocalist of the Year and UK Songwriter of the Year. Beyond his own releases, Gary is a passionate champion of the UK country scene. He co-founded key events such as Buckle & Boots Festival in Manchester, Country on the Clyde in Glasgow, and Country on the Lagan in Belfast—platforms that have become vital showcases for emerging and established artists.

A powerful and engaging live performer, Gary has appeared at every major UK country festival, including C2C: Country to CountryThe Long RoadBuckle & BootsBlack Deer Festival, and Millport Country Music Festival. His live reputation has taken him far beyond the UK. In 2025, he toured Germany and Holland, appeared at Nashville Nights Denmark, made his debut in the Faroe Islands, and performed for the first time in Lithuania at the prestigious Visagino Country Festival, consistently winning over audiences in both intimate and large-scale settings.

Gary’s connection to Nashville is central to his artistry. He has performed multiple times at the legendary Bluebird Cafe and has co-written with a range of acclaimed US and UK writers. These collaborations have resulted in songs recorded by other artists as well as his own critically praised releases.

Over the years, Quinn has shared stages with some of country music’s most respected names. He has toured with Phil Vassar, Kristian Bush, William Michael Morgan, and Jeremy McComb, and has opened shows for Clint Black, Chris Young, Bill Anderson, and Sunny Sweeney—further cementing his reputation as one of the UK’s most accomplished country performers.

In August 2025, Quinn released “Country Strait,” a neo-traditional duet with William Michael Morgan. Co-written with Morgan, the song pays tribute to George Strait by weaving his song titles into a fresh, crowd-pleasing country fan anthem. The release followed earlier singles “Watch Me,” “Poison,” and “Heavy Boots” (co-written with Grammy winner Brett James), all taken from Gary’s forthcoming Nashville-recorded album, due in 2026.

With a growing international profile, a Nashville-produced record on the horizon, and festival stages across Europe calling, Gary Quinn continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of UK country music—while firmly establishing his place on the global country stage.
