💥 SUMMER PLAY – HAYLEY MCKAY! – CAREER DEFINING MOMENTS!
As part of our Summer Play Series we asked Hayley to tell us about a career defining moment!
“I took a year out after college and ended up winning a national talent competition singing an original song. With the prize money I decided to put this towards 1 year studying music at Brighton Institute of Modern Music. I have been gigging with my own original music ever since.
During the pandemic I released some songs which received a great response on many independent radio stations globally. One of my songs called Wild West received International single of the year at The ISSA Awards in Atlanta USA and I was invited to perform at the awards show in 2023. Following on from that , last year I went to the USA and did 41 gigs in 3 months.”
