Let’s get into the detail…
If you approach us as a prospective agent, you’ll receive a video call with our CEO, you’ll chat through all aspects of joining our agency as an Agent Freelancer. You’ll be able to ask any questions and you’ll discuss all the important points you would ultimately sign up to on joining Midnight Mango.

The next step is an online questionnaire – it’s super important that we work with enthusiastic and like-minded people, the questionnaire helps us to assess if the agent is the right fit for Midnight Mango.
Then if we both feel you’re a good fit, we’ll invite the prospective agent into a video call to meet our board, where we’ll focus on getting to know you, assess your enthusiasm for our company, and your openness to our approach. We want to work with people who love the musicians they represent and are dedicated to developing their artists’ careers
If all goes well, then we’ll offer you a place on our Agent Freelancer Platform, we’ll issue our “heads of agreement” and spend time going through it with you until you have a complete understanding of what you’re signing up for. The agreement is essentially a freelance employment contract. Don’t worry, of course, agents are free to resign if it doesn’t work out!
Once we’ve both signed, we’ll welcome you in and start the onboarding process of providing you with all the access and tools you’ll need to thrive at Midnight Mango!
