How It Works… & Next Steps

Let’s get into the detail…

First of all, you’ll receive a video call with our CEO, you’ll chat through all aspects of joining our agency. You’ll be able to ask any questions you have.

The next step is an online questionnaire – it’s super important that we work with enthusiastic and like-minded people, the questionnaire helps us to assess if the agent is the right fit for Midnight Mango, and it also helps you fully understand what it involves.

Then if we both feel you’re a good fit, we’ll invite to send us your CV and a letter of application. After that there’s an interview with our board. We want to work with people who love the musicians they represent, are dedicated to developing their artists’ careers and most importantly, would be a good fit for Midnight Mango.

If all goes well, then we’ll offer you a place on our agent platform, we’ll issue our “Heads of Agreement” and spend time going through it with you until you have a complete understanding of what you’re signing up for.

The agreement is essentially a freelance employment contract. Don’t worry, of course, agents are free to resign if it doesn’t work out!

Once we’ve both signed, we’ll welcome you in and start the onboarding process of providing you with all the access and tools you’ll need to thrive at Midnight Mango!
