We’ll start with a video call, just a conversation between you and our CEO. No agenda other than to get to know each other, talk through what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you have. We’re as interested in finding the right fit as you are.
From there we’ll ask you to complete a short online questionnaire. This isn’t a test, it’s a chance for both of us to make sure this makes sense before going further.

Willie (Agent)If we’re both feeling good about it, we’ll invite you to share your experience and background with us, and there’ll be a conversation with our board. We want to understand your roster, your ambitions, and whether Midnight Mango is the right home for them.
When we make an offer, we’ll issue our Heads of Agreement and walk through it with you in detail. No small print surprises — everything is transparent and on the table. It’s a freelance arrangement, so you retain full control of your business. And of course, if it ever doesn’t work out, you’re free to walk away.
Once you’re in, we’ll onboard you properly — full access to everything you need from day one.
