Twice a month we invite experts from the industry in to talk about their musical journey. This opens connections with event programmers and provides insights into other aspects of the music industry. These sessions take place on group video calls and are very popular with our agents!
Even though we work online, we still make time to meet up with our colleagues! Apart from meeting up at festivals and shows, twice a year we put on funded events and invite our staff to attend. This gives everyone a real opportunity to let their hair down and hang out in person.
