In 2019 Scarlet secured a slot to play Zandari Festa in South Korea through Kycker Music and Liverpool Sound city. Through playing this showcase they secured a licensing deal in Korea which enabled them to distribute their album ‘Effigy’ and their first EP ‘//FISHES’ over in Korean territory across all major platforms. Scarlet were chosen to support The Blinders for one of their ‘For The Many Tour’ shows, and played a variety of shows including Off The Record Festival in Manchester.

Scarlet are currently booking a tour for 2020 and working on recording/promoting their new material. They are maintaining a steadily growing organic fan base with continuous support from north west music scene fanatics, as well as branching out and gaining support from BBCintroducing, BBC Radio 6, XS Manchester, Radio 1, Radio 2, Orange Amplifiers, and many more.

Scarlet played festivals such as Kendal Calling, Hanwell Hootie, Leestock, The Great Escape, Cotton Clouds festival, Sound City Festival and more, as well as playing shows with Jack Rocks. Scarlet are proud ambassadors for Orange amplifiers. Scarlet were featured by Alt Press in their ’20 rising UK. bands about to take over the scene’ article, alongside The Amazons, Honeyblood and Milk Teeth.

Scarlet were one of 16 bands that played for Dr Martens as part of their ‘Play Different’ run of shows. Their last two tours saw a majority of sell out shows, selling out venues in Nottingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, and Liverpool, and they are hoping that the next tour will see more of the same.

They have worked with producers Jon Withnall, (Coldplay’s Parachutes, A Rush Of Blood To The Head, and X&Y) Michael Johnson (Joy Division, Pink Floyd, New Order, Stone Roses) and Al Groves (Bring Me The Horizon, CAST).
