Hi, my name is Conrad. I’ve been working as a booking agent since 2021 and before that toured for 10 years+ with my band, Holy Moly & The Crackers. I bring a personal knowledge of a wide range of venues and festivals and like to think I know what it feels like to be on the road – all the highs and the lows – and work hard to fit the venue/promoter to the artist!
Duncan Chappell

Duncan has been a booking agent since January 2020. Starting with Ranagri he built a small roster and then in October 2022 he was asked to join Midnight Mango as a freelancer. He has worked with the likes of Belinda O’Hooley, Joe Hicks, Plumhall and Craig Joiner and prior to joining Midnight Mango, organised joint tours with Ranagri and Tony Christie and Ranagri and Merry Hell. Duncan is supposedly retired, having escaped the corporate world in 2017, but seems to be as busy as ever as he also promotes gigs under the banner of Big Ginger Tom Music.

I’m incredibly proud to represent some of the best performers in punk, rock, and alternative genres as part of the Midnight Mango team. My career started out playing in a touring punk band, and running a music reviewing platform for 12+ years – which helped me discover my passion for developing new talent. I’m also the founder of Attitude Festival, and have had the pleasure of working with some of the best new punk bands in the UK over the last 6+ years.
If I’m not working the gig, you’ll find me in the pit!

Marv Rudnick is an international booking agent based out of germany. He started his journey in the music industry in the mid 2010´s and booked first tours across Europe and the UK. After several stops at agencies like Vanmorgan, Amadis and M/R, he has joined established UK based live music booking agency Midnight Mango in 2023.

Hey, I’m Matt, CEO of Midnight Mango, based in Somerset. I’m all about making life easier for our agents—training them, finding the right people to join us, and giving them everything they need to focus on booking. I love helping agents build fantastic rosters and connecting them with the buyers who bring our artists to the stage. I live for my work, but outside you’ll find me at a festival or wandering along the coast thinking about what to do next!

Having worked in theatres and concert halls as Marketing, Comms and Programming Director, I like to think I’m gamekeeper turned poacher. It gives me a great buzz to books shows and festivals for artists – and to see them grow as ticket sales increase. I am sort of semi-retired, but I’ve never had a better buzz working in the music industry.

Hi, I’m Rich Q – drawn to Midnight Mango and the music industry by the love of all kinds of folky, worldy music, worshipper of Dylan, Waits and Springsteen, partial to a bit of French hip-hop and I can’t go a week without Shane McGowan.
Privileged to be working with some absolute legends, now settled in Sheffield after various stints in London, Holmfirth, Perpignan and Halesowen.
Outside of music you’ll find me dog-walking, Terrier-supporting, falling asleep while reading, and driving up and down the Great North Road to play a little folk/punk with me old muckers Man The Lifeboats.

Sam is a booking agent with over 10 years’ experience working closely alongside the artists he represents to develop their live careers. His roster is mostly, but not exclusively, oriented around “global” sounds, featuring artists from the UK, Africa & the Middle East.

I have worked in live music for nearly 20 years, I started out as a PA technician working with some of the biggest bands in the world, Building PA systems for huge touring bands and festivals. Since I have moved into Tour Management and started my own Tour Services for hire business where I am hired as a 1 man crew. Tour Management, Technical Services, Merchandise and Logistics a one stop shop for any touring artist or band. Now I have added another string to my bow and have become an official booking agent for Midnight Mango.
Willie Kelly

I am a former Midnight Mango artist (Rackhouse Pilfer), but jumped to the other side of the music business fence and turned booking agent in 2018. I love working in the Folk, Roots and Americana space. I’m also a co-producer and lead programmer at Sligo Live Festival, Ireland.
