Our Agent Freelancer Platform is designed for agents who want to go freelance. This means that you have complete control of your own tax affairs. You can be a sole trader or a limited company or whatever set-up works for you.
You can take advantage of the tax breaks afforded to different company entities.
You’ll bill us every month for the shows that have settled in the previous month. We’ll issue you with a report of the shows, how much commission they generated and what we owe you. Then all you need to do is invoice Midnight Mango and we’ll pay it. Simples!

Living in another country?
Not a problem! Many of our agents live abroad and many focus on different territories. We can add different language contracts to our booking software so your clients feel right at home working with you.
What about if you are used to having an assistant?
Many agents find that our systems mean you don’t need an assistant anymore, but if you want an assistant, that’s fine. We’ll make sure they have access to the software they need. How you pay them is up to you. We can also provide fully trained assistants. We deduct their pay at cost, from your monthly pay-out, so you don’t have to worry about making any payments. It’s up to you!
What about that side-hustle?
We’re all about booking shows. Booking the best shows and providing the best customer service. We’re not interested in anything else. But, perhaps you have a side-hustle, perhaps you advance festivals, write PR, manage bands – no problem, we don’t need to be involved in that. And if you have a website for all your ventures, just keep it for those side-hustles! Of course, we want you to spend your time booking shows, but we’re completely flexible.
Whilst we’re on the subject – What about those shows you’ve already booked? Well, they’re your shows, you can keep them outside the system. Once you join us, all your new bookings will go through our platform. Perhaps surprisingly, some of our agents bought old bookings onto the platform to keep track of things, but that’s entirely up to you!
