Meet the Expert – Karen Emanuel

Last Friday, Karen Emanuel of Key Production and Move the Needle Now very kindly came into our video room and had a chat with us about what she does and how she got to where she is!

Karen’s first job in the music industry was as a receptionist at Rough Trade distribution. She’s since been running her company Key Production, and also founded Move the Needle Now, a collective of leaders aiming to inspire, encourage, and support women looking for careers in the music industry.

Karen believes that constantly learning is really important.
